to the "Krambousa" restaurant! Krambousa is a family - run restaurant founded in 1997. The restaurant is named after the small island "Krambousa" that you can see at the end of the bay at your right! |

We always try to use the highest quality of ingredients in our dishes. |

We mostly use our home grown vegetables and try to get the best of everything else that we use for cooking. Like we have our own olive oil and of course the green and blacks olives with seasalt, the green ones with accid water and herbs. |

The
food that we serve is mainly original Greek food made by our mother. So
you can enjoy the taste of good healthy dishes we eat here on thassos. You would be surprised how many varieties of vegetarian meals exists and how to, "like the Greeks", get different dishes in your table and enjoy the different flavors. |
The fact that there is everyday fresh fish to be found and eaten as well as good meat makes it possible to make a combination with all our starters and other meals, again the Greek way of eating variety. |
